Excellent and thorough!
Dr. Ansher took a very thorough complete history which included my medical and surgical history, family history, and current problem history. He did a thorough neurological exam and finished with his overall assessment and recommended plan for my situation. It was very well thought out. I saw Dr. Ansher for lumbar spine related issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Ansher for his thorough workup and expert assessment.

Dr. Ansher is very knowledgeable and prescribes what is best for you. I have been going to Dr Ansher since 2006. He is very quiet but quite an expert on neurological and mundane medical problems.

Dr. Ansher is the BEST NEUROLOGIST that I have ever met and been treated by. He clearly is very knowledgeable and I trust his direction and guidance. He answers my questions in detail and makes sure that I am clear about his treatment plan. I highly recommend him.

I took my friend with MS and after what looked to be a perfunctory examination and a few questions Dr. Ansher pronounced that she did not have MS, that she should go through another complete workup. He did not know, nor care to learn that she was frightened of hospitals and tests, having had many. When I tried to inform him, he repeated that she needed tests and wheeled her out of the examining room. There must be Neuro doctors out there that care more. He might be the best, but NOT FOR US!

i felt this doctor had no compassion for our family. He asked my mother if she wants medicine w/out making any recommendations or educating on pros or cons. he deffered to my mother, who has a neuro issue, for decisions that were not in her best interest. he made no recommendations for how to move forward w/ a parent w/ dementia, nothing. if we didn't ask, he didn't offer. horrible experience that has made the whole ordeal much worse. Wasted precious time that we can't get back.
