This is a guy I wish I'd never met. Scratch below the surface, He's fairly prickly. I found him arrogant, with unjustified management with a pentiant towards whatever cost me most.

Dr. Seshul was so amazing! I’m trying to find another reason to be seen (not really) because he’s a great doctor & a wonderful, caring personality. His bedside manner is one of the best I’ve experienced as a patient and as a Nurse. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Seshul has saw both of my children since 2009. However, we moved away from the area and I thought ??? I didn't want to drive and hour and a half back to Hickory. That is til my daughter started having ear problems again. After seeing several Ear,Nose and Throat doctors in Winston Salem. I told my husband I was taking her back to Dr. Seshul. I drove to Morganton which is 2 hours from where we live. He told me within just a few minutes what was going on with her ear. She had lost 20% of her h

I was very impressed with how soon I was able to be seen, a next day appointment that was also a Saturday! Crystal at the front desk was friendly, and had everything ready for both checkin and checkout. Katie and Crystal in clinic worked great as a team. Crystal explained everything clearly about how the numbing agent would feel and taste. Katie was ready with a bottle of water on the spot. Dr. Seshul was thorough, gentle, and also explained everything. I could not have had a better experience

Very nice, great sense of humor and knowledgeable. Doesn’t always offer info, you have to ask, so be prepared; does spend enough time to answer questions. You have to push for more tests if current treatment isn’t working. If you have to call the office for ANYTHING other than an appointment be ready to wait days and call several times, it’s best to go in to the office if you need something - answers, prescriptions, test referrals, etc. I don’t think questions ever get back to the doctor.

Dr. Seshul is a great doctor. Even though the office is always busy he takes his time with each patient. He is very personable and attentive. He listens to all your concerns and he makes an informed medical decision. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Seshul's for years; I would highly recommend him for any Ear. I had a recurring ear infection issue, and Dr. Seshul correctly diagnosed the problem immediately. He explained what was going on, and he told me upfront it might take several treatments to correct it fully. His expertise, bedside manner and willingness to answer questions and be honest with made me feel safe with him, confident that he was competent and smart. I have already referred a friend to him, and she, too, liked Dr. Seshul better than a previous doctor she was seeing.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Seshul's since she was 6 years old and she is currently 18 years old. Dr. Seshul has performed several sinus surgeries and ear surgeries on our daughter and has always treated her with the up-most respect and professionalism. She has chronic sinusitis and suffers from sinus infections very frequently. We recommend Dr. Seshul and his fellow doctors to all of our family and friends.

Both of my children are seen by Dr. Seshul. He handles them amazingly well. My youngest, who is 6, is Autistic. Dr. Seshul is firm but slips jokes in, and it makes it easier for my son to pay attention through the appointment. Dr. Sehsul is quick with his evaluation, yet thorough. It makes it so much easier with small children.
