Top notch care. I received Lutathera Targeted Radiation Therapy and several TeleMed appts in preparation of the regimen. Everyone was professional at every stage of treatment. Because of an ongoing concern with the referring Hospital Jefferson Health who'd purchased Aria Torresdale who'd butchered me prior to the corporate takeover, I felt it necessary to sever ties with MD Anderson Cooper Hospital and Cancer Center following the final dose of Lutathera for fear of legally muddying the waters of what was already an attempt to fix what was already broken at the hands of Aria Torresdale now Jefferson Health. Dr. Mezra's made it abundantly clear that a follow up PetScan would be due MONTHS after the last Lutathera dose of August 31, 2022 and after CT & MRI's. Unfortunately, Jefferson Health Oncologist, Fernandez insisted that a "follow-up PetScan is not necessary given the results of the CT & MRI". I insisted on the instruction of Dr. Mezra to no avail, communication between Myself and Dr Fernandez at Jefferson Health had deteriorated to the point of my having to arrange to get the necessary PetScan elsewhere and AFTER experiencing (non related) mild congestive heart failure, blackout episodes a TIA in addition to a host of other abnormal Lab readings which Dr. FERNANDEZ at Jefferson Health continue to ignore, water down and now try to flip the script to cover up his OWN error. Nobody's perfect! I KNOW the Lutathera Targeted Radiation Therapy worked as it was designed I simply needed the PetScan as the PROOF that remission is on the horizon. I am finally scheduled for PetScan next week, I'd love to have Dr. Mezra to know the results of Her hard work!!! I remain in LTC Skilled Nursing Facility awaiting a downgrade to suitable/safe Assisted or Independent Living. I've been trying to Thank and update Dr. Mezra for the EXCELLENT job with Lutathera Targeted Radiation Therapy and problems getting PetScan under Fernandez who was referred when I demanded NOT to be "pawned off" to MD Anderson @ Cooper Hospital by Jefferson Health. Ummm..., It is what it is until it is NOT. Thank You Dr. Mezra ????
