Dr. Micah Hall, MD

I just recently started seeing Dr. Hall. I can't say enough good things about him and the staff at Andover Family Medicine. They are intelligent, caring, compassionate, and really good listener's. For the first time in a long time I felt like the doctor heard what I was saying, because he took the time to listen. Dr. Hall or his nurse, Kari have been very prompt about calling me with test results, and taking the time to answer all of my questions. He referred me to an amazing surgeon and scheduled the appointment for me. I feel like I am greeted by people who truly care about me as a patient from the moment I walk in that office until the moment I leave.

I am a retired physician and chose Dr Hall as my PCP. My family has also been seeing him for several years.

He is wonderful! I can always get in to see him, and I never feel like I'm wasting his time

Dr. Hall spends plenty of time with you. You never feel rushed to leave. He completely explains, in language you can understand, what the problem is. I have been referred by Dr. Hall to three other specialists who were top notch. He is relatively easy to get into to see. The office being open to walk ins on Saturday morning is a plus as well. Very pleasant staff.

Misdiagnosed knee problem. Actually had torn medial and lateral meniscus and torn ACL. The visits were a joke.He saw that I was obviously in severe pain and just said “I will see you next week” No mri, no therapy

Dr. Hall is so compassionate & intelligent. You really feel like he cares.

I saw him for a virus. It got much worse, so I called the clinic two days later. They gave me his nurse, who said not to come in because he couldn't do anything else for me. The next day I was even worse and went to an urgent care clinic that was open on weekends. They diagnosed a bacterial infection, and with antibiotics I am MUCH better. I suffered needlessly for 3 days because of the advice of Dr. Hall, and have bruised ribs from the violent coughing he should have treated!!
