Wonderful Dr
Dr Ayad is a wonderful Dr and cares about all of his patients. He was my surgeon after a ruptured brain aneurysm . He hosts support group meetings and remembers everything about each of his patients . He spends time with you during appointments and is always caring and listens to everything you say. His patients are lucky to have him.

Amazing care by a real human
I was admitted to NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital with the worst headache I ever had and diagnosed with a brain aneurysm which required surgery. Dr. Ayad was my neurosurgeon there, he took plenty of time to explain what happened to me and what the next steps would be, He was cheerful, upbeat and most importantly, instilled confidence by his demeanor and personality. I was more than impressed with the care he and his team provided in such a positive and gracious way. Especially given the stress medical personal have been under during the pandemic for the last two years. The surgery went well and I feel very lucky and thankful that Dr. Ayad happened to be my doctor.

Dr. Ayad is the most caring, skillful and wonderful doctor. He's an angel on earth! He takes such good care of all of his patients. He's not an alarmist. He holds quarterly aneurysm awareness meetings for patients, patients' families and anyone just interested in learning. He saved my sister's life after she had a ruptured brain aneurysm and is looking after mine now since I have been diagnosed wth having one too. In fact, she is in Florida now and they stay in touch. Can't say enough!
