The most insightful doctor
I have seen Dr. Bagner on and off for well over a decade. He goes to great lengths to get to the heart of your issue and will follow up with research he does on his own time. Absolutely amazing.

I have no idea how the good doctor is because I never found out. I called his office for an appointment, waited on hold for 10 minutes, someone picked up the phone and said I was second in line and then my call was disconnected. I called back and waited another 5 minutes. Someone picked up the phone and said there was another person in front of me and then put me back on hold again. After a few more minutes she came back and explained they were very busy and she was sorry but their hold system automatically disconnects callers who have been on hold for 10 minutes. I asked if Dr. Bagner was aware of the phone situation and she said yes and they were working on it. She also acknowledged that other callers have complained. I all my years of seeing doctors (some bad) I've never had my call handled so poorly. And to know that Dr. Bagner is aware of it and apparently condones it is reprehensible. How busy can a doctor's office be that 10 minute holds are routine? Something is terribly wrong.

One of Dr. Bagner's original patients when his office first opened. Nothing but good thing's to say about him. Professionalism and attitude are excellent.

Dr. Bagner is terrible about refilling prescriptions in a timely manner, and his office staff is extremely difficult to deal with. I've three times been without an important daily asthma medication because of this office. I will be switching PCPs after this most recent episode and related health scare - that I would not have experienced if my medication had been refilled.
