He seems to love what he does?
Doctor Baker is a very able communicator of options and choices. He is able to elaborate on questions and will answer any you have. Most of the time does not seem rushed. Surgery for bunion and hammer toes went well. Instructions for recovery were clear. I added a Facebook group on bunion surgery etc which filled in the gaps. I highly recommend this. The use of my walker and non weight bearing weeks caused great strain to my shoulders hands and knees which went on deaf ears to nurse . I suppose I should have seen my orthopedic doctor but the recovery was quite an ordeal in itself. After bandages came off my big toes crossed over slightly my next toe. When I finally addressed this with DrBaker he gaslighted me into thinking my other toes would gradually move to the side. I complained to hospital and next appointment he offered me the options for repair. I felt like a foot. Not a whole person. I was patronized my nurse and she wanted me to be “up”. I did not go back.

My wife was trying to get an appointment with Dr. baker and the receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly unprofessional impolite and my wife decided not to even bother! Somebody needs to talk to receptionist about her demeanor with potential clients over the phone!

I would give zero stars if I could. Had one visit with Dr Baker, during which he debrided my wound, bandaged it, and refered me elsewhere because he doesn’t do diabetic ulcer care. I was billed over $300 for a CAM walker I did not receive. I had to ask what that was when I called. I was told it was a mistaken charge, it would be removed, and that I owed only a $40 copay. I paid that. Now, months later, they are still attempting to bill me AND my insurance company for something I did not get.

My experience awful office visit at Dr. Bakers office. The receptionist/secretary was very rude. I asked why was I assigned to another doctor when I was given Dr. Baker. My appointment was on a Wed. morning, but I was never told Dr. B. wasn't there on Wed. morn until after paper work. I kept appt. Arrival 10:10am. my appointment was 10:30, I knew I had to fill out paper work and finished it at 10:35 when I gave paper to the rec./secr. All patients saw doc. before me. Sorry u lost a patient.
