Dr. Michael Basch, MD

New to area in 2023 and became a new patient. (1) Filled out forms 2023 for my records to be transferred. One year later none of my doctors were contacted. (2) Last December, bad cold, sinus infection with awful nasal drip causing serious coughing day and night. Dr. Basch told me to get a certain med. I asked which type. He said there is only one of this brand. HUH? At pharmacy, exhausted looking at many varieties of this med, I decided to ask pharmacist. 'That med is an expectorant, you need an antihistamine'. UHUH! (3)Received a call for follow up after hospital stay. Was not hospitalized(4) Last month, I experienced back pain and blood spotting, saw a small stone in my urine. Assuming kidney stones, went to Dr. and was sent for tests. 20 minutes at check-in, Imaging center said I was given wrong prescription for test and that the test I needed required 1 hour prep in advance. Had to reschedule, waited over a week after results were available to be told another test required

Caution caution caution! Dr Basch has been falsely billing me and attacking my credit rating for 2 years. In fact I have never received a bill from this doctor and have no idea what these charges would be for, my insurance should have covered everything and he would have been paid if you would have properly submitted. Sorry I have to give even one star star!!

I love Dr Baush he my primary and is very professional yet very kind and patient, he is great at answering all my questions. Dr. Baush is the first doctor I’ve ever had that actually follows up with me on procedures and lab test from other doctors, I’ve never had any other doctors actually do that and I really respect him for that. His offices are very clean and his staff is excellent very professional and very easy to work with, I would highly recommend Dr. Baush!

Dr is my dads dr very good dr I need a new dr I may go to him

Dr Basch is a very caring and pleasant doctor. He listens to the patient and then diagnose the problem. He follows his patients treatment and plays the medical manager role for long term medical care. He is very detail oriented and carefully choses his decisions. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. They go to the extra mile for you. They have a happy demeanor which reflects pleasant feelings when you are greeted by their smiles.

Dr Michael Basch has been my doctor for many years and I recommend this office to anybody.... A good professional doctor you can trust...!!

This is an amazing physicians office. The Doctor and each staff member are all exceptional. I cannot give them enough praise for their conscientiousness, friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Basch and his excellent team to all. You will not find better health care.

Dr Basch is a great doctor! He is very personable and his staff is nice! Lexi who works at the front desk is always very pleasant and their availability is great! I have only been here a few times but so far I am very happy!

My experiences with Dr. Basch have been great. He cares about his patients. He is very professional. There is never a long wait. His staff are always very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr Basch.

Starting going to Dr. B about 8 years ago. He was pretty good but then things started going hill very fast. He spends as little time as possible with his patients. He very seldom looks up from tapping on his computer to actually even look at you. On numerous visits, he didn't even listen to my lungs which is important as I have COPD. He doesn't like to give referrals even when they are critically necessary. Maybe because he runs Hemet Medical Group and he is trying to save money for them?

Our family loves Dr. Basch and his staff. We only have had five star experiences.

First time visit with this doctor. Filled out paperwork etc and was seen on time. Was out of the office in about 15-20 mins. I went in for insurance required annual, but was told when I was there they don't do that for first time visits and this was standard business practice. When I got my bill I was charge for a level 5 service. Which is double the average area rate for a new patient visit. Dr won't talk to anyone on the phone, not willing to explain why they charged what they did.
