Very disappointed in the staff and the 15-minute late protocol. I had an appointment as a new patient drove 50 minutes in the snow to see the doctor. I was 15 minutes late and was told I could not be seen. When I called for a new patient appointment the 15-minute late protocol was never mentioned. Staff stated they had a busy schedule, no one was in the waiting room. Must be a very busy office who does not need/want new patients.

I had excellent results with Dr. Bischoff. I have used two other vein treatment centers in the past and got the fastest and best results with Dr. Bischoff at Miller Vein and with little discomfort. In particular I had a bulging vein that went through a good part of my leg and three months later you would have never known it was there. Also, everyone I met with in their staff in Auburn Hills was also fantastic. Highly recommend!!
