Fantastic Doctor!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Blubaugh for over 8 years. I couldn’t speak more highly of him and the staff at Carolina Medical center. Dr Blubaugh has always treated me with the upmost respect. He is thorough, extra caring and always steers me towards further research into whatever I may have confided in him about, whether a book title or website, he will grab a piece of paper and write it down, so I don’t forget! Dr Blubaugh is knowledgeable and if he’s not sure about something, he will look it up to be sure he’s giving the most accurate information possible. I cant say enough good things about him. I truly believe he saved my life and I’m tremendously grateful I found him when I did!

Worst Doctor I have seen in my life
He doesn't care about his patients. He thinks he he is better than everyone who walks through his door. I was charged a 45$ copay for an appt at 3pm. Didn't see the Dr. until 4:45 pm. He spoke to me for 5 minutes...if that about nothing pertaining to why I was there. He treats patients as inferiors and looks down upon them. I have been to many doctors but he is the worst I have been to. No table side manner, doesn't keep the patient in the loop about the treatment and generally doesn't care. He thinks he is a big deal in the small town of Walterboro but he would not make it in a real city. I would stay as far away from him as possible.
