Dr. Borger replaced my Aortic Valve May 2/ 2003 at Toronto General Hospital,he was the new kid on the block. I lucked out, and I'm still ticking, like a clock. It was during Sars and he and the nurses were beyond professional and made you feel important. Don't know if you read these Doc.,just thought I would let you know I'm still green side up in Bracebridge On. Ken Bowers

Dr. Borger is an amazing surgeon. For such a medical taken, he is low key and quite calming. I felt comforted knowing he was the doctor performing aortic root repair on my daughter, a skill he learned from the man who invented the procedure. He performed a 4-7 hour surgery in 3.5 hours. Something that seemed miraculous and we were much appreciative our daughter was on a heart/lung machine for the least amount of time possible. Only the most talented surgeon could do that.

Damn fine job of replacing my defective aortic valve and root. Here's a guy who deserves to do a stupid end-zone dance every time he does his job, but probably doesn't.

Dr Borger repaired my Mitral Valve in December 2015. Dr. Borger and his entire support and office staff made this difficult experience as easy and effective as possible. From the initial appointment to leaving the hospital I was treated like I was his only patient. I would fully recommend him.
