This is not an indictment on Dr. Borts or Warrior. Our family has been seeing them for over 20 years and both are very good doctors with a great bedside manner. This is about their office manager. I showed up for my appointment, after taking a half day off of work to make it. She cancelled my appointment without calling (even though she said she had left a voicemail-lie). Her reason for cancelling my appointment was legit but the fact she didn't call and then lied about it, was very disappointing. She then proceeded to tell me it would be 2 months before I could see the doctor. I hung up on her. Guess I need to find another doctor for my chronic sinusitis. Bummer.

Dr. Borts is my favorite doctor out there. He has an amazing bedside manner and always follows up (he even makes follow up calls himself often rather than having a nurse call). Dr. Borts and his staff helped us through oral immunotherapy and they are simply the best! I highly recommend Dr. Borts and we are so glad we found him!

Dr. Borts has been phenomenal in helping my mom. She has been getting contact dermatitis that turns into cellulitis and then has to be hospitalized because only IV antibiotics will heal the infection. He is awesome. He takes the time to listen to all your conditions and concerns and answers every question. He has helped us find what products she can and can't use with a phone app and is helping her on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend him. We love him!!

Dr Borts has been my doctor for years. Recently, my dog was quite sick - I wondered if my sinuses and my dry eyes were caused due to his illness. Dr Borts asked a few questions about the vets treatment & prognosis. I told him about the medications and his dander and his baths. As it turned out - it was the bleach baths that I had been giving him in my very small bathroom (with no ventilation) that were causing my discomfort. He actually listens - I just needed to open a window. He is awesome!
