Saw this provider for extreme pain; didn't listen; made me feel awful in terms of the pain I was feeling; didn't listen; extremely long wait while in office.

Great Orthopod and Communicator
I have needed Dr. Brennan's care 3 times the past 20 years. He has always been very articulate explaining my options and responsive to my questions. He clearly laid out the situation each time and answered every question until I ran out of questions. (He was on time for my appointments, but this may explain why some mention late appointments here. All of my treatments by Dr. Brennan have been successful.

Dr Brennan replaced my hip one year ago. Everything he told me about the the results of this surgery have exceeded my expectations. Office waits are never timely but Dr Brennan's work is worth some inconvenience.

No, I would not recommend him. Now that I have had my other hips replaced by a different surgeon, I think even less of Dr Brennan. This time has been 1000 x better. My current surgeon has been caring, the hospital was better, I have an actual case manager, it is just an overall better experience. I got my new hip 3 days ago, and although I'm in a lot of pain, I'm not completely disabled like last time. I don't know if I had some sort of problem with the hip Dr Brennan replaced almost 4 years ago, or if something went wrong during the surgery, but he never talked to me about either of these possibilities, just let me go on trying to get better on my own. Which I have not - I'm still in pain ALL the time from the first hip replacement that Dr Brennan did.

A very professional doctor. Explained my injury and why surgery would not be necessary. Left his office with all my questions answered. I did not mind waiting since I knew he spends as much time as needed with all his patients.

I had knee replacement surgery by Dr. Brennan in 2008. Subsequently he followed up annually then every x-rays for regular follow ups. In 2017, because I have Humana PPO, he won’t see me for follow up even though it’s PPO. Now I find with a new Orthopedist that I can’t even get records from him! Poorly run office I would say. Particularly since everything is digital these days! The surgery was good, but don’t expect good follow-up care.

Just starting the process of total knee replacement, my time at Dr. Brennan's has been well spent. Very friendly and professional people, Dr. Brennan has been very giving of his time as has Erika. Erika even staying late to make sure all my questions were answered and providing me with needed motivation. They got me in and on track almost immediately. Great at explaining what I can expect and what will be expected of me. Looking forward to getting back on my feet with Dr. B. and his team

Having my right hip replaced by Dr. Brennan and interacting with his staff was a very good experience from start to finish. Dr. Brennan is one of the few Orthopedic Surgeons in our area to do a Direct Interior Approach in replacing a hip; this allows the patient to have much less recovery time. After the Surgery, I had only pain that was relieved with Tylenol. There have been no problems with the recovery and the results have been better than expected.

Dr. Brennan replaced my 70 yr old hip in March, 2016, and 10 weeks later I was bicycling for a week in Bordeaux. I am completely satisfied and delighted with the result. I have no pain and, while my bad hip movement had been restricted, it is now as flexible as my other hip. (I did do the rehab.) I learned about him from a friend who had a satisfactory replacement of both a knee and hip by Dr. Brennan. And I have referred him to another, also with a happy result.

Staff is horrible and unprofessional. Surgical nurse is manipulative and arrogant. No follow up on details or call backs. You constantly have to call to check on progress. Very odd support staff for such a terrific Doctor.

Dr. Brennan is thorough, efficient, & a very caring orthopedic dr. He came in to see me after hip replacement surgery on a sunday, when he found I was in hosp longer than normal.(due to a completely unrelated complication) He also did my knee replacement a yr. later. Great doc. if I have any more orthopedic problems, would not hesitate to see him. actually thinking of having other hip replaced.
