Fantastic doctor!
Dr Brown was awesome. Friendly and professional. I went to him with severe knee pain. He explained all my options for the best results. I would highly recommend him.

Great surgeon
Dr. Brown did surgery on my rotator cuff in 2021. It was a while with physical therapy before surgery but that definitely helped with recovery after surgery! He did a great job and I feel so much better. My other shoulder is not good so will go see him again because he did an awesome job!

Knee surgery
Surgical arthroscopy of knee with medial or lateral meniscectomy and chondroplasty. Surgery made by Dr. Brown in April 2021. Injury was quite bad but after surgery I was able to do anything I did before include all types of sports and activities. Thank you Dr. Brown! You helped me enormously!

So mean!
I saw Dr Brown and left his office in tears. Rather than helping me with my problem he told me that I need to lose weight and that my BMI was high. Told me work on weight loss and come back if I have any more problems. A waste of my time, my money, and my confidence. Thank you Dr. Brown, I will not return back.

Dr. Brown repaired my ACL in March and at the time I thought he was brief with his exams and not personable but fine. Now 8 months out from my surgery I’m experiencing complications. Scheduled a recheck. He was in and out of the room in 4 minutes flat. Talked down to me (I myself am a doctor) and completely dismissed my concerns. He didn’t even take the time to evaluate the area that was causing me pain. Needless to say I walked straight back to the front desk and requested a transfer to another more highly regarded surgeon in the practice. Dr. Brown will not be touching my knee again.

Went to see Dr. Brown in November, two weeks after having an MRI. Arrived at the office and was initially seen by Dr. Brown's fellow. The fellow did a few tests and because I had strength in my shoulder and could push his arm away he decided that my pain was not because of a rotator cuff tear, that it was Arthritis and recommended a cortisone shot. After talking with the fellow, Dr. Brown came in asked a couple of questions and said he would give me a cortisone shot and I could go to PT and co

performed surgery on right and left medial meniscus. Dr. Brown's bedside manner is one of the worst I have ever encountered in my experience with doctors. I have had about 6+ appointments with him including follow up appointments after surgery and have spent about 20min with him in total. He doesn't explain much, and he doesn't take time to visit or see the person. He can perform the surgery well. If that is who you are looking for then go ahead. but post care and answering questions he horribl

Dr. Brown has been my doctor for many years. He is not the doctor he was when he first got into sports medicine. He was considerate, compassionate and caring about his patients. My last two most recent visits were a waist of his time and mine. He offered no solution, help, referral etc., except a surgical option. I was not ready for surgery and think he has become a "surgical robot." This is the answer to all orthopeadic issues. This should not be. If he cared about his patients he would LISTEN

Dr. Brown did 2nd ACL reconstruction (w/ graft of my hamstring) + meniscus cleanup 10/2014. (About 1 year after failure/tear of first ACL reconstruction 1/2011.) Recovery, P.T., etc progressed perfectly. I was very pleased, but occasionally knee has looseness/very minor "give-outs", though Dr. Brown assured the ligament felt stable/acceptable. In last 1-2 months, felt meniscus roughness/catching and mild occasional pain. I don't recall a causative incident. Just saying, not I'm 100%.

Found him easy to talk too,he listens and took time to explain options. ( I work in a pediatric clinic and I wish my providers and their secretaries were onpoint and make the whole process easy like dr brown and his staff).for people who complain probably didn't listen to instructions and follow proper care and don't take accountability for helping in their own outcome

I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Brown; and both experiences were exceptional. His examination office's walls are filled with letters and pictures from patients he has helped with their ailments and back to their activities of daily living. You feel Dr. Brown's empathy, and sincere concern to getting you back to good health. From initial visit, to explanation of options, to day of surgery; you know that you are in good hands, and with someone who cares about their patient. Dr. Brown calls his pat
