Dr, Cadena performed a Tubal Ligation on my wife. Four months later she had an Ectopic Pregnancy in her Fallopian Tube. My wife had to have emergency surgery to remove the tubes. There is a 1% chance of pregnancy in the first year, however, I feel the procedure was not preformed properly. In this short amount of time, Dr. Cadena had closed his practice and moved on. Another doctor had to preform the second operation.
