Telehealth
I recently had my first visit with Dr. Michael Carroll, MD, a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Kansas University Health System, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Carroll demonstrated exceptional levels of empathy and compassion, making me feel understood and valued as a patient. His communication skills are superb; he took the time to explain my condition and treatment options clearly, which immediately built my confidence in the care he provides. Thanks to his expertise in pain management, I am now pain-free for the first time in many months, which has dramatically improved my quality of life. I also want to highlight the fantastic support I received from Dr. Carroll's well-coordinated team of nurses and specialists. They made the entire experience seamless and reassuring. In particular, David Jeffery, BSN, RN, stood out for his attentiveness and professionalism, further enhancing my overall experience.

Pleasant and willing to persist in finding solutio
Dr. Carroll identified the source of my pain that others had failed to do in months. He listens and answers questions patiently. The staff are pleasant and caring at the Spine center and the KUMedWest location.
