Worst Experience

It took one time for me to be heard. However, he discharged me prematurely. Due to my strength in so much medical history, there's so much I can cope with. However, the to my depressional stages, he suddenly assumed I was bipolar. It took one SF psychiatrist to vigorously shake her head no! His concern was the fact that I acted different than the 1st time. Weirdly strange? It was almost as if his sudden ongoing diagnosis was to assume why I can act strong, but when I unveil my weaknesses, I'm assumed a bipolar disorder. Clearly, it is a depression plus a little bit of adhd within my personal lifestyle, on top of anxiety. All in which he has denied and claimed innocently saying he wasn't, yet he was. Him being a guy felt uneasy. His concerns were based from an egotistical personality disorder, based on a book, and not from personal experiences to really get to know someone. It was within 20s minutes he though he knew who I was but did not. Think twice before you choose this doctor.

Honestly, a great Psychiatrist.
Not only did I feel heard and understood by Dr. Caton, but he really takes the time to hear you out and help make the correct diagnosis while taking into account your concerns and your suggestions. Just an all around great guy, too! Great Psychiatrist, and just a great person. Felt nervous/anxious (as I always am) in the beginning, but felt absolutely comfortable once the initial greetings passed. Highly recommend.

He spent a lot of time with my young adult son and seemed to generally care. Dr. C graduated (congrats!) and we sure wish he could see our son again; we were so close to an answer with him, and now we have one, but not a Dr. willing to be that involved. Our family highly recommends Dr. Caton.
