I Had been seeing this doctor for depression/anxiety for some time, I had a medication issue but was not afforded the option of working the problem out, instead I received a phone call from him informing me that he was "Ending the doctor/patient relationship" and dumped me as a patient with No Referals! I found a doctor at Cleveland Clinic!!

Heartless, Ignorant
I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Michael Chen at Portage Family Health in Streetsboro, Ohio this morning but was turned away because I didnt have a drivers license even though I was recently in thd ER and needed the follow-up appointment since I've been dealing with a serious and scary health issue. The office told me that I would have to reschedule if I couldnt show a photo ID in the next six minutes because thats the time my appointment was scheduled. And new appoitments are weeks away. Dont rely on this "physician" for your care. Absolutely unethical the way his office is run.

My husband and I took our son to see Dr. Chen this morning, for the first time. Dr. Chen is warm, compassionate and patient to listen. He offered sound advice. We left there feeling relieved and even uplifted. Dr. Chen is a healer. We highly recommend him and are so glad that we have a doctor ?such as he is, to take our son to.? ??

I have been with Dr. Chen for over 10 years, he is a very caring, passionate and professional physician, i would highly recommend him to any family is looking for a new practice, there is no time wait, his nurses, medical assistant provide excellent care to his patients

Dr. Chen is a true family physician. He is genuinely concerned about me, my wife, and our three daughters. Recently, one of our daughters had a major surgery. A few days after the surgery, Dr. Chen called to check up on her -- very impressive. Dr. Chen takes the time to pray with us on our visits. He is the perfect mix of medical knowledge, human compassion, and the humility to know that we are God's creation with human limitations.

I had a lot of things going on in my life which was affecting my health, Dr. Chen patiently listened to me and then asked if he could pray with me. He takes care of me physically and tries to comfort me spiritually. He has suggested otc remedies to help and hasn't steered me wrong yet! He is now stuck with me for life!!!
