Both my wife and I have always found Dr Chen to be very approachable and competent in all areas of our medical care. He takes great care to answer all questions thoroughly and is very attentive in his follow up. We could not be more please with his services plus the friendliness and efficiency of the clinic.

Dr Chen has been an excellent healthcare provider for myself as well as a number of my family members. He was very compassionate and helpful as well in treating my mom in her last days.

Tried to establish care. Med student and pre-call were professional. Dr. Michael Chen was professional until I brought up a specific type of care. He became unprofessional then ended the call abruptly by turning off the video chat. I'm unhappy with the lack of care, lack of communication between the organization, and frustrated that I waited six weeks to be rejected for long-term care.
