Outstanding Care!
I had two separate rotator cuff surgeries with Dr. Codsi. He was very informative. I was prepared and he was meticulous in setting expectations. We exhausted all option prior to surgery - so I felt our decisions were responsible. Both surgeries and recoveries exceeded my expectations. You will need to follow instructions and stay consistent through the recovery and physical therapy phases.

Dr, Codsi replaced both of my shoulders. My right shoulder was a regular replacement and my left shoulder was a reverse replacement. I was surprised at the little pain I experienced after either replacement. My experience with Dr. Codsi was excellent. He and his staff have been easy to work with. I would give him 5 stars. I would and have recommended him to anyone.

His billing department is extremely arrogant. Although the insurance company contacted them many times saying they were overcharging me, they still charged me over the insurance company's contractual amount. They charged me there full amount not the agreed contractual amount they agreed upon with the insurance company. As far as the operation, my shoulder didn't work before the operation and it still doesn't work.

I visited Dr Codsi based on the referral from Evergreen Urgent Care. His observation was limited to the prognosis made by the Urgent care and not identifying the root cause of the pain. I would expect him to understand the source of pain instead of asking a patient to continue to take pain medication while the pain is lasting already for around 2 weeks.

Dr Codsi is excellent. Professional and caring. He and his team operated on my Collarbone and told me it would be about 10 weeks to full recovery if I did the exercises he recommended. 10 weeks later is today and I am so happy to say I have recovered! Would recommend him and his team to anyone!

Dr. Codsi failed me entirely. He was fixing a non-union radial head fracture from a previous failed surgery. Dr. Codsi seemed more interested in protecting the previous surgeon, failed to diagnose additional injuries to my wrist, and used too large of a artificial radial head which caused nerve damage and damage to additional bone. When the radial head failed he basically through his hands in the air and said go somewhere else.

The biceps of my left arm was torn from the shoulder when I was doing weight lifting. I went to see Dr. Codsi. He explained the procedure in detail, listened to me and answered my concerns. The operation went very smooth. He showed me the images he took during the operation and explained to me that he not only reattached the rapture biceps, he also repaired the shoulder which had injuries. Now I've gained full strength and range of motion. Dr. Codsi is the best and II highly recommend him.

Dr Codsi performed a total shoulder replacement for me in November, I was very hesitant to have the procedure done as this was my first surgery. I had a lot of trepidation and fear, I had friends that had similar procedures with less than desirable results. Dr Codsi spoke to me respectfully and in layman's terms I could understand, I never felt I was being talked down to me. He was very friendly and informative. If I have my other shoulder done he will be doing it. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Codsi comes across as quick, knowledgeable, and decisive. I experienced a high degree of confidence he understood me and my problem with my shoulder and he recommended procedure that I felt good about. And what activities to put on hold, i.e. yoga three times a week, but to continue PT until my next appointment six weeks out. The front staff is a bit dismissive, and wouldn't allow me to finish the tablet info, or my comments on the doctor's experience. So, I did this on line.

I saw him for a surgical consult on a recommendation from another provider. He said he had nothing to offer. I saw another shoulder specialist and he immediately identified the problem. I was not impressed.
