Dr. Michael Cohen, DDS

Arrived 30 minutes early as they requested. Another patient and I were in the waiting room with no one from the practice around. We waited for 30 minutes and finally yelled back the hall. Someone came out to attend to us. I was them asked to fill out a questionnaire as i was a new patient. They proceeded to ask me the same questions that were on the questionnaire! i was provided current X-rays by my dentist, they insisted on doing their own, which i expected. Money grab. After the X-rays were developed (yes, film X-rays!) the Dr Cohen finally came in to see me. He was in my mouth for 30 seconds and was scheduling me for 12 appointments that he said i needed to correct my issue. I told him that i wanted to get another opinion and he stated I guess we’re done here” and left the room. I proceed to pay for the services as they wanted paid up front. Claim was submitted to my insurance provider and the office has misspelled both my first and last names causing the claim to be denied!
