I am hoping I can leave zero stars. Dr.Cohen refused to deliver bad news to my father. If your loved one has Alzheimer’s/dementia, run...far and fast. He had my dad take a driving evaluation, which my dad FAILED. 6 weeks later he has still not informed my dad.
