Dr. Conway is not up on new technology and it looks like he’s ready to retire so he’s doing as little as possible for you. The front office is very outdated. He has a new podiatrist working with him a young girl, which is all fine, but doesn’t have any experience or not much experience should I say. I went there for four visits, and I feel like it was a waste of my time and money, because nothing was solved. and at the end of the four visits he said I don’t do surgery anymore. You’ll have to go to another podiatrist really you couldn’t tell me that on the first visit. Very disappointing and I would not recommend him.

Everything about doctor and office is terrible. Very nasty staff. Doctor is really not up on new technology. Was given orthotics, never felt they were correctly made and doctor kept insisting they were fine. Went to new doctor and sure enough the originals were incorrect and junk. Pick another doctor....NOT DR CONWAY

As a new patient I arrived early for my 6:45 appointment. I signed in and had a seat in their hot, outdated dusty waiting room as I filled out their paperwork. Two more people came in after me, signed in and had a seat. 7:20 rolled around and a person who came in after me went ahead of me. When I inquired about this, I was told I'm a new patient and my real appointmemt time is at 7:15 but that I was told 6:45 to allow time to complete paperwork. This paperwork was 3 sheets of paper that took me

From booking appointment to being seen by the doctor was 5 plus stars. Office staff on phone was professional, caring and helpful. My first visit office staff helpful, professional, friendly and you feel welcomed, WOW! Cr. Conway was EXCELLENT. Professional, caring. Takes time to listen to what you say and will then explain what he finds after an exam, x-ray and then will give he recommendations for treatment and reasons of the condition, takes time to answer all questions and concerns. Excelle

Dr. Michael Conway is a miracle worker. I have been going to him for over 30 years. Every time I go to him with an injury and think he is going to tell me to stop running he doesn't. He gives me a plan to follow and tells me to continue training. He has gotten me through a lot of marathons injury free.
