Great doctor!
I saw Dr. Cram in the ER for a horribly painful kidney stone. I don’t remember much, but I do remember talking with him & how kind he was. However, my husband spoke with him more at length & was very impressed with his knowledge & professionalism. It can be difficult getting through to the office, however these are very busy people helping others & even more so since the pandemic. Thanks Dr. Cram!

Saw another practice once, then transferred to Dr Cram. Difference is night and day. Excellent physician. Performed surgery to remove my right kidney due to cancer. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Best Urologist I have ever had and I have had many due to numerous kidney stones.

Horrible experience. Left a hole in his ureter which he said" should be alright but I got the stone then placed a stent so kidney could heal". 2 weeks after sepsis set in and almost killed him. Thanks to the ER doctor antibiotic therapy started before it got to his organs. If he would have ordered antibiotics after lithatripsy/ ureteroscopy with stent placement the "hole" would have healed . His last words to my spouse were " soon this will be a forgotten memory ". The whole experience was terrifying and horrible Thank goodness we then went to WakeMed in Raleigh where the care is beyond exceptional. This memory will never be forgotten!!!

The surgery scheduled is an absolute unorganized nightmare. Passing the blame on others. Wait time is extremely excessive! 1 hour is excessive.

The staff ATM this office are Beyond incompetent. The billing is performed offsite. The doctor only cares about a buck. Lives in a 4 million dollar lake home. He will bill every last dime he can against your insurance. They have you sign in with an iPad and a swipe card.

I had the return of urinary tract infections after many years...recommended from my family physician to Dr.Cram ...it took him no time at all to solve what others had missed for years. The problem was more dangerous that I had imagined but less than a week later and short surgery I was leading my usual life thanks to a very competent Specialist. Just the right mix of calm and competence.
