Care for my concerns

Dr. Cunningham is an exceptional doctor. Has a wonderful personality and always making sure you understand what is going on with your health in Lemans terms. Taking his time with you. I highly recommend him for your health needs.However there is one thing that needs improvements and that is scheduling of appointments. A few times I had appointments scheduled only to be canceled and scheduled three months later.

Wait time was about 10 minutes. Wait time in exam room was about 10 minutes. Dr C has a good personality and is very patient. He never seems rushed and answers all your questions.

I have been in Doctor Cunningham's care for over 5 years and he is an excellent physician. He is very knowledgeable and explains every situation. He is not an alarmist but is thorough and precautionary. My confidence in him allows me to feel secure as I know I am in very good hands.

I waited 90 min before being seen. The front office staff while nice, seemed indifferent to the patient wait time. No concept of calling incoming patients with information indicating the delay so the patient could set their expectation and plan accordingly. I’m sure if I showed up 30 min late the would let me know that the Dr time is valuable and they will see if the can squeeze me in. Apparently the patient’s time has no value in the economy of office management at the Dr office. 90 min without a word, just sit there and accept that my time has no value to them, or walk out and find another Dr. … Rock, meet hard place. Once the Dr. Did enter the room, he was professional, capable, attentive to my health situation and offered varying degrees of treatment that I could evaluate and choose from. But dang, 90 min…seems excessive by any standard.

The only negative here is long wait time. Dr. C does give you time & attention, though, when it's your turn.

Appointment was at 11:00, arrived at 10:50, taken to exam room at 11:30, Dr. C. came in at 12:30. That’s unacceptable.

Well, it can take some time to be seen if there are serious patients ahead of you, Dr. Cunningham will give you the same attention. I’ve got quite a lot going on and it’s a little scary. Dr. Cunningham ordered a series of tests to figure out what was going on and took all the time I needed to answer my questions and start a plan. He has a demeanor that helps you relax rather than panic. I really appreciated that. The office is extremely busy and yet I have never run into anyone too busy to intermediate or set an appointment. He’s got a team working with him. It will call you to tell you what the next test is needed and if you forgot, they will explain to you again why Dr. Cunningham has ordered it. I have some oddity in my physiology and I will be glad when we get through this process but for now, there is no way I will change doctors. I am confident Dr. Cunningham.

Dr Cunningham puts me at ease anytime I am facing a new procedure or having any health issues. He graciously gives all the time I may need during an appointment and ensures all my questions and concerns have been addressed. After just one visit I promise you will know you are in good hands with Dr Cunningham!

He’s got a great bedside manner and is kind, attentive and thorough. Well worth any waiting you must do. His staff is excellent. The only drawback is that sometimes the waiting area is too loud, especially when 4 staff members are all on the phone handling calls or patients.

Dr Cunningham listens to and answers all my questions

Dr. Cunningham reviewed my lab and EKG results with me in detail, carefully explaining their significance. He listened to my concerns and considered approaches I suggested. It felt like a very collaborative outcome. I recommend Dr. Cunningham without reservation. He is the best.

Would absolutely recommend Dr Cunningham. He answered all my questions and cares about his patients.
