Doesn't Care
The office barely answer their phone. Me and my specialty pharmacy tag team once a month to get my refill. 'Cancer medication' If I'm lucky to get through I'm treated as if I'm bothering them. Horrible.

I felt like the most important thing to this office was making money. Office staff very unorganized. Communication was horrible. The doctor did not explain the treatment plan in a way that made me trust. I felt that if I didn’t call to remind them of labs, I never would have my blood checked. The after hours emergency “voice mail” resulted in no call back from anyone. After voicing my concerns with the doctor, I was glad to move on.

Totally agree with the review from February 11, 2023. Absolutely horrible bedside manner. Does not speak to patients in a courteous manner, in fact he is quite disrespectful, comes off judgmental, unfriendly, no empathy.
