Outstanding Doctor
Outstanding. I have been with Kaiser in Vallejo since 1971 and D. Michael Downing is the best Family Medicine doctor I have had. He really knows how to relate to his patients. I am glad that he is teaching this to other doctors, however I miss having him as my doctor.

Great doctor
Unfortunately Dr. Downing is no longer in Vallejo, but he was a great doctor that really helped with health concerns. His practice changed my life. Great doctor. He will be missed in the North Bay. Good luck in the East Bay!
