Dr. Michael Drobbin, DO

Dr. Drobbin is an amazing doctor. He treated my son with such patience and concern. We saw him for over a year before deciding as a team that ear tubes and adenoid removal made the most sense. I never felt pressured or rushed. He spends so much time diagnosing your child and he has excellent bedside manner. There was no tears even through surgery and anesthesia. Finally, Dr. Drobbin saw my daughter as the last appointment of the day when she was suffering from a pretty severe ear infection saving us hundreds of dollars and hours at the emergency room. His staff is awesome, the facilities are super clean and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

EXCELLENT DOCTOR Had a couple of issues with my nose and Dr.Drobbin had done couple of procedures and has healed me. Would recommend him for any of your issues and great wholesome doctor in general

Everyone from the front desk to the staff, nurses, ear test tech to Dr. Drobbin we’re all great professionals. The nurse, and ear test tech were exceptionally helpful. Dr. Drobbin was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I look forward to following up with Dr. Drobbin as my Primary ENT Doctor.

Do not recommend. Office is horrible. Never had such a bad experience. Disappointed and complete lack of patient care and follow through. Go to better provider with better office management.

My 1 year old daughter had recurrent ear infections so we went to Dr. Drobbin. He was professional, personable, and caring. He took the time to explain the fact that she had fluid behind her ears that was getting infected recurrently. He allowed for monitoring and trial of antibiotics, and when that failed, he performed a bilateral myringotomy (tube placement) in her ears. We almost immediately noticed a difference in my daughters processing, her sleep habits, and overall pain level. He continued to have excellent bedside manner in the followup, was thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. His staff was outstanding in their compassion and professionalism. The audiologists at earworks were exceptional and took the time to make my daughter comfortable. I will not go to any other ENT, and I can only highly recommend him as a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate physician.

Dr. Drobbin treated my 10 year old for an ear infection. He made my child feel comfortable and explained everything in easy to understand language for them. He also took the time to discuss my child's medication allergy in detail when recommending treatment. The office staff was amazing and the wait time was almost non-existent. I highly recommend Dr. Drobbin for adult and pediatric care.

I have been seeing Dr Drobbin for a fractured nose after I suffered a fall. He is an excellent Doctor. Well mannered, highly professional, experienced, and answers all of your questions with a detail explanation and possible options. His staff are a pleasure to deal with and I have had no wait times at all for scheduled appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Drobbin and his practice.

Dr. Drobbin has such a wonderful bedside manner, calming demeanor, gentle hands and he's very knowledgeable and caring. I was referred to him due to a tonsillar abscess. I was in so much pain for a solid week and he took care of me in office and I left pain free. I've had no issues with my recovery. I was nervous for the procedure, but he explained things clearly to me and I knew I was in good hands. I can't thank him enough! I've been recommending him to all my family and friends.

I first visited Dr. Drobbin in September, 2021 due to nasal congestion that was impacting my sleep. I have sleep apnea and use a nasal mask with CPAP. I suspected a deviated septum. He confirmed that and discovered a small perforation, as well. He immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and his comforting personality. He is very patient. We discussed the scope of the surgery for both issues, and it was scheduled for December 3rd. The surgery went perfectly. He was available to address any questions I had leading up to the surgery and post-surgery. He called my girlfriend personally to let her know how it went, even though the facility was also providing updates. He makes you feel that you are his most important patient, which is rare today. He gets my highest endorsement.

Dr Drobbin is amazing!! I needed a last minute appointment and I called the Smithtown office and Lauren took care of me immediately! She is so awesome! From start to finish I was taken care of the entire time. Dr Drobbin was caring and kind and answered all my questions. Anytime anyone asks for a good Ent Dr I tell them to call Dr Drobbin's office in Smithtown and they will take care of you! I have never met a more professional Dr than him.

Very disappointed with how I was handled. Never receive the procedure and after speaking with the doctor about the pain he didn’t do anything about it.

I have been to a few ENTs in the past Dr Drobbin is By Far the most knowledgeable, caring , compassionate doctor so far. I will recommend all my friends and family to go to him. He is outstanding

I had a sinus procedure done with dr.drobbin recently, before the procedure he went on explaining what he’s going to do to help me get better. He was calm, understanding and friendly. The day of my procedure to help me stay calm he allowed me to play a music genre of my choice, which was awesome! I felt so comfortable and safe. He was so gentle with me and kept asking me if I’m okay. Even after the procedure he kept in touch with making sure everything post procedure went well. Dr.Drobbin is an excellent doctor. I’ve been recommending him to everyone I come across with the same sinus issues. He did a great job and Sinus/breathing is 10x better! Thank you Dr.Drobbin!

i was referred to dr. drobbin by my gp for issues with my throat. dr. drobbin spent the time with me to clarify all the issues i was experiencing, and explain in great detail what he was going to do, how long the procedure would take, and alleviate any questions or concerns i had.

I wish I could give Dr. Michael Drobbin a 10! He is such an amazing provider. He's super caring and listens to all your concerns. I came in same day just was feeling a little pain in the throat area he performed an endoscopy. He was phenomenal. I would recommend Dr. Michael Drobbin 100% hes now my official ENT truly trust him.

Dr. Drobbin is thorough, patient & caring. I had a blocked sinus & deviated septum which required surgery. Dr. Drobbin explained the procedure carefully & answered all my questions. Every step from meeting with the Doctor to scheduling the surgery to the post-op was top notch! Hema was so very helpful with the scheduling of the surgery & explaining all the pre-op procedures. I went into the surgery confident that I chose the right Doctor. Surgery was performed at the ProHealth Ambulatory Surgical Center. The pre-op nurse, Mary was comforting & very skilled at putting the IV in my hand which I was very appreciative of! The surgical nurse, Steve had me laughing all the way to the operating room. My surgery went extremely well. There was no packing, bruising or swelling at all! The recovery was quick & I can breathe much better. Office staff is wonderful! A special Thank You to Annette in the office as she is patient & very kind. Highly recommend Dr. Drobbin & his entire staff!
