In the six months I have been his patient he has refused to prescribed any medication even when asked too. He will not write referrals even when it’s beyond his scope. Comes off as caring but doesnt personally respond to messages only has his assistant deliver messages. I will be transferring care.

Awesome Doctor! He is very knowledgeable, listens and cares for his patients. So grateful to have had Dr Ebbert walking through my recovery from my injuries.

If you are a female steer clear
I went to see Dr. R. In Morgantown after waiting 6 months to get in and over a year of suffering. Ebbert is her attending. She had 3 possible diagnosis and wanted to do further testing to rule out what we could. She went to speak to him about a possible medication for the tremors I have. Shortly after, he came in and said I had no neurological issues, that it was anxiety and I needed to speak to my PCP about medication, then gave me the classic male wink. I have lesions on my brain and spine with tremors. After finding a new physician it was confirmed I have MS, not anxiety. Clearly, he thinks everything wrong with a female is anxiety. I do not recommend this doctor if you want to actually figure out what is wrong.
