The office staff in Encino are real kind. I read the reviews here and they bad mouth the office staff and obgyn . Everyone has a different perspective. But there's a difference office staff handling a busy office therefore they might be a bit under stress but there not rude just assertive when needed . Doctor Esaghian is kind and a good Doctor

The staff is a joke. No masks. No sanitizer in the waiting room. I was told I’d be called when my room was free and clean to minimize exposure time, no call, no one picked up when I called for 20 mins either. Definitely looking elsewhere with a better team of people who actually treat you with respect. And the doctor laughed in my face when I told him my concerns. When discussing different birth control options, he said to me Word for Word “well if you get pregnant, soon you won’t even have a choice.” I left the office in tears and no one even bothered to offer an apology. Will be reporting this doctor and will be finding a new one. I hope this man never touches a woman ever again.

Dr. Eshghian was nice at times and when his office was busy I felt rushed. Unfortunately his office was busy most of the time. When I had labs and or ultrasounds the results were not in my chart for us to be able to discuss. I chose his specifically to deliver at Tarzana hospital and he told me he couldn't, that I would have to deliver at Holy Cross. Two weeks prior to my delivery he asked me why I didn't pick Tarzana hospital instead...

I would NOT consider this doctor. First off, I do like Dr. Eshaghian as the doctor. However the reason I am running away is the office. First you will have a 1 hour-2hours wait for your visit. Countless times they have messed up writing the wrong prescriptions or denied perceptions written days prior by the doctor. I have repeatedly called where I am always on hold for extend amounts of time asking them to correct their mistakes which they still seem to not fix. I need a capable office.

i went to see this doctor for a routine exam and he told me I needed a biopsy and ultrasound. I did what he told me and called to get my test results a week after I took the test. It took him 4 days and two phone calls before he called me back. When he finally called, he did not remember what my condition was and did not have my chart in front of him do he could not answer any of my questions. I called after my ultrasound he told me he does not have time to talk to me. He lacks compassion.
