Doctor took 3 months to meet patient
In October 2024 I was in Europe and experienced major heartburn with chest pains in heart and middle chest. I called for appointment with Dr. Feder and learned that my doctor, Doctor Feder that did a great job for several years after Dr Brand, was no longer my doctor. Dr Farrell was now my doctor. Dr Farrell put me with his NP, then to her assistant Katlyn, then I went to Heather, who was Katlyns boss, where finally I refused to talk to both ladies as Dr Farrell was no where in site as I did not meet him until about 3 months later after many complaints.. Both ladies as well as one call center lady gave very bad service. I am back with Dr. Feder where he cares and actually meets with his patient's. Ms Allen and Dr. Feder saved me in taking over after wasted time in pain awaiting to get back to my doctor. I would not recommend Dr. Farrell to anyone, but this was just one mistake after another that added up to not being cared for after 20 years seeing doctors there with excellent service

Dr. Farrell is professional but kind.
The staff was very helpful and nice. The entire office was extremely clean and I was in and out in no time at all. I like Dr. Farrell because he is professional, has good manners, and talks with you, not at you. He is efficient but doesn’t rush you.

I thought he could have talked to me about some of the symptoms I am having and what he thought might begoing on. I spent more time with the nicenurse or whoever she was than I did with the doctor. He laid me back on the tableto check my stomach and didn’t evenpull out the foot rest. I am almost eightyand do pretty good but I have had spinalsurgery and it would have helped to be a little more considerate and taken a few more minutes. I know he is a good doctor or I would not be coming to see him.He needs to slow down a little bit whenhe sees his patients.

Professional and conscientious
I was not thrilled with the reception area. I was told to be there at 7:55 am for an 8:40 am procedure. The receptionists were concentrating more on other things. Once heading back to the clinic area, things improved dramatically. The lady that took me back was efficient. The nurse was sensitive, understanding, and friendly. The anesthesia tech was proficient. The doctor, who is not real talkative, was very receptive to questions and concerns. I’ll be back in 5 years.
