Dr. Firstenberg
Dr. Firstenberg saved my dad’s life. My parents were visiting Maui when my dad had an MI causing a ventricle rupture and was rushed to the OR. He coded on the table and Dr. Firstenberg and his team were able to intervene just in time. My family has never felt more lucky to have him be the surgeon on call that day. Anyone would be lucky to have him care for themself or loved ones. We are forever grateful. The care he provided was more than excellent.

Saved me and my daughter
In 2011 I was rushed to the hospital and they told my family I had two hours to live while being 29 weeks pregnant with my daughter. He delivers my baby which isn't his field of work and put an echo machine in me. Because of this man's willingness to save me and my daughter we are both alive and doing well. He went above and beyond to care for not only me but my whole family as well. I was in a coma and on life support and he never gave up hope. I had the H1N1 swine flu. I owe my life and my daughter's life to this amazing beautiful human.

Dr. Firstenberg saved my life when he was at the Cleveland clinic in 2016 He is an outstanding doctor, and truly one of if not the kindest human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I can not speak highly enough of this man. After my surgery EVERY single doctor or nurse wanted to listen to my heart when they were informed that he performed my double heart valve replacement. Every single medical profession had nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Firstenberg. I feel incredibly lucky to have had Dr. Firstenberg as my surgeon. If you need

Dr Firstenberg was direct and yet personable with his discussion of the surgery. He explained the procedure in a way that I felt both included and well taken care of. I am pleased with my care and his competence.

Dr. Michael Firstenberg saved my life. I was on death's doorstep at thirty-two years of age if it were not for his quick and precise surgery. I was born with a genetic heart defect, and the doctor's surgery changed the medical field.
