Dr. Franklin answered all of my questions about the inspire sleep apnea device then scheduled a DISE exam to evaluate my problem. The procedure was very easy and Dr. Franklin discussed the results with me. I like the way he practices medicine. He is friendly and trustworthy.

Dr. Franklin always listens to my millions of problems and works his hardest to get to the root of the problem. I have been back many times and he fixes the problem. Chronic Sinus infections - gone for 12 years thanks to Dr. Franklin. Chronic earache and migraines were due to allergies - he is the only Dr. that cared and gave me an allergy test. No more (if I can stay away from those foods that is!). Recently I have been having swallowing issues and constant sore throats, Dr. Franklin investigated and solved my problem again. I am sure I will need an ENT again and Dr. Franklin will definitely be my first choice. I recommend him to everyone (even my dad, he solved his problems too).

My experience with this doctor was great. He explained everything and removed the growth from my tongue. I had no complications or issues. It is good as new days later. I am very satisfied with everything about the doctor and his office.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Franklin, who I saw on very short notice because my regular ENT doctor was booked solid that week. It's not easy to have to bring someone new up to speed on a complex medical history, but I was really impressed with how efficiently he got to the relevant details while still answering all my questions thoroughly and not rushing me. His staff are really helpful and accessible too. I've never reviewed a doctor before - that's how impressed I was.

I saw Dr. Franklin in January of 2015, because of recurring sinus infections. I had intense facial pain, headaches, and generally felt run down. My primary care doctor tried antibiotics and other meds with no luck. Dr. Franklin spent time with me and listened to my issues. After a CT scan, he recommended sinus surgery. The results have been amazing and my quality of life has significantly improved. I highly recommend you see Dr. Franklin for any ear, nose, and throat problems, especially sinus!
