Dr. Michael Goddard, DPM

It’s always a pleasant experience to visit this doctors office. The staff greet you friendly and there has not been but a few minute wait to see the doctor. Over the last few years Dr Goddard has preformed surgery on my feet and help keep my feet in great condition and helping me feel better.

I had a rather difficult surgery on October 10. It was a revision of a prior surgery that wasn’t done correctly. Dr Goddard did a wonderful job, and unlike my prior surgery, the recovery was pain free. Dr Goddard is great at his profession, and also has a wonderful bed side manner. His staff is friendly and competent. I’ve never been required to wait, I’m always taken right back. And Dr Goddard always gave me ample time for asking questions. I recommend Dr Goddard without hesitation.

Dr Michael Goddard is an incredible physician. It would take hours to list the platitudes I would ascribe to him. He approaches his patients with consideration, care and kindness. Both of the foot surgeries I experienced were explained to me in great detail as to what I should expect every step of the way. My feet are healing very well. He is an amazing human being who also donates his valuable time and skill to the impoverished for one week every year!

Dr. Goddard is never in a hurry. He’s genuinely glad to see his patients. Obviously an expert in his field, he has plenty of time for everyone. Not all doctors actually like people. In a more and more impersonal world, it’s nice to have a doctor who connects so well on a personal level.

I’ve seen Dr. Goddard twice. I was really struck by the 2nd visit! Some doctors seem to not even glance at your chart before they see you (tbf, often because they’re extremely overworked). Dr. G came in & immediately started talking about the scans I’d gotten done & his thoughts. He told me he had discussed my case with a doctor he knows in another state, because that doctor often sees patients with the same condition. He had me look over the scans with him & pointed out the evidence for the condition he was talking about, & reassured me that there was no sign of other possible problems we had discussed. He told me about the likely treatments, who I would go to for care, & some of the risks & possible causes of this condition. He also said he’d push for me to get seen soon after he makes a referral & to let him know if I have any trouble getting that appointment. The only (very slight) downside is that he often communicates a lot of information very quickly! So be ready for that.

Great Dr. takes his time and ease to talk to.

Dr Goddard has been my podiatrist for a long time, and I absolutely am thankful for he and his practice. He is a true professional, caring, and he treats me as an individual. If you have any need for a podiatrist, you have found him. I strongly recommend Dr Goddard.
