Dr. Michael Gottlieb, MD

I had hearing loss, seeping of fluid and itching in my right ear. Dr Gottlieb was welcoming, professional and very thorough in checking out the situation, explaining what each procedure was for and what he discovered. I had a fungal infection and a hole in my ear drum from it. I informed him that I am a holistic type of person, and he respectfully accommodated me with treatments that were best for my particular healthcare style and type of ear infection. I am very pleased with his kindness, professionalism, treatments and recovery process.

Excellent experience with this very professional doctor. I went with a simple problem—ear pain—and he did a thorough Ear, Nose, & Throat exam. He seemed very caring and listened intently. I had a long wait, but, since they fit me in to their schedule at the last minute, I felt that was acceptable.

I was experiencing pain behind my left tonsil and have been treated for Lymphoma twice in the previous 3 years. I explained this to Dr. Gottlieb at my visit in July 2018, he examined me and said everything looked "Great". As a precaution and since the same pain was still present two weeks later, I visited my oncologist who immediately requested a PET Scan and I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma!!! Yes, that is Throat Cancer that an ear, nose, and THROAT specialist MISSED COMPLETELY!

He didnt even care about my ear situation and tried to say i had an ear infection when i had already told him that wasnt the case because i took several (10) day antibiotics the previous month and was told by the last doctor that i had a ear cyst, i can hear out of my ears at all and he told me nothings wrong.......are you kidding me!!!!

Dr. Gottlieb removed a benign tumor from my Parotid Gland. Dr. Gottlieb is amazing! The day after my surgery, I had no pain and within days, my facial nerves were working properly and without incident. My tumor was very large and quite challenging to remove. Dr. Gottlieb is a brilliant ENT and surgeon. I am so happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Dr. Gottlieb!

Had a partial thyroid removed due to high suspicion of cancer. He was nice in the office and said if they find cancer and he only takes half out they would have to take the rest out. We understand that but the day of surgery when he spoke with my husband he did not tell him there was 2 masses. He told him she’s cured without knowing. Then I had my pathology results the next day saying I have cancer. Did not hear from dr for 2 1/2 weeks via text. I’m hospital was told others are more important.

Waited a very long time to see Dr. Gottlieb and he was quick to tell me I didn’t need nose cauterization when told I was having daily nosebleeds. He didn’t read that I was allergic to IV dye when ordering a CT scan for a salivary gland issue and was rude and uninformative when giving me the results of my hearing test with no specifics, telling me, quote, “It’s not good and it’s not bad.” I should have known it wouldn’t be a great expererience because when I made my appointment, she was aso rude

After going to an urgent care twice with a bad ear infection, I followed up with my Ent. I have a history of ear/sinus issues. When signing in, I saw that he had seen 42 patients by 3. He looked in my ears said that I was never sick and then proceed to shove the ear wax vacuum into my ear never telling me what he was doing or how it would feel. I am now sick again with the same exact thing and it has only been 2 weeks. He was rude, impersonal, and didn't care about the patient. Never again.

Dr. Gottlieb is very rude!!!! 1st appointment he put my husband on 4 different medications that just made him worse. He went in for his sinuses not being able to breathe, tongue coating and lack of saliva and throat was hurting. 2nd visit we barely got to sit down and he says your just all dried up there's nothing we can do and it won't get better. But he can't explain what's going on or anything on how he came to that decision. Please consult another doctor do not see this one. Go elsewhere!!!

I saw Dr. Gottlieb he seemed very uninterested in my problem. I suspect because I'm older 64 When I asked him what I could do about my throat problem and what could be done he said and I quote don't think about it. Well that's easier said than done when I as a patient have symptoms that are annoying and effecting my breathing I may try one of his colleagues but never go to him:again. He also did not address my deviated septum nor fluid in my ear. My PCP can see it. Why can't he???

I initially had a visit with the ENT doctors December 11, 2015. I then received a phone call stating no doctors would be in that day and the next available date was January 4, 2016. On that date, I saw Dr. Michael Gottlieb. He looked in each ear, asked me what my issue was and then sat me in another room for 45 minutes. He then saw me again and told me there was nothing he could do for me and I would have to live with my issue. That was the extent of my visit. And the billing is for $269.
