Zero stars
Dr. Greenfield was polite, but I never felt like he cared about my health at any visit in the years I was his patient. The final straw was when I saw Dr. Greenfield after an accident which landed me in the ER; he stood across the room to speak 'at' me briefly then submitted a prescription to my pharmacy and sent me on my way with no care or followup instructions. I also saw his nurse a different time who completely missed a potentially serious issue that another Dr. I saw 2 weeks later caught. I could never recommend him to anyone.

Horrible. So rude. He said “uh huh” “yeah” “ok” in between literally every single word I said. I am not exaggerating. This is how the conversation went: Dr. greenfield’s words will be in parenthesis. “My (“uh huh”) name (“uh huh”) is (“yeah”) Joe (“uh huh”) and I (“uh huh”) have (“uh huh”) a (“ok”) sudden (“uh huh”) random (“uh huh”) rash (“ok”) and (“yeah”) my (“uh huh”) ankle (“uh huh”) has (“uh huh”) been (“yeah”) really (“ok”) hurting (“uh huh”) lately. I. Am. Not. Joking.

Dismissive of my concerns. I had to repeat myself because he wasn't acknowledging what I was saying. Busy typing and reading than having an eye-to-eye conversation, felt rushed.

Worst experience with a doctor. He was dismissive, didn't listen and didn't help me at all. The visit was a total waste of time and made me feel terrible about my situation. He has no bedside manner and doesn't seem to care at all

I have seen Dr Greenfield for several years, but it was at his previous practice. I trust him, he always keeps himself familiar with my health needs. I just started seeing him at your new practice, and I am thoroughly pleased.
