Terrible bedside manner
I would not see this doctor as he is not compassionate nor listens to ones ailments. He put me on medication that did not help my ailments in anyway and when I addressed this the response was more medication. I would not recommend as there are more compassionate doctors in the area who care.

Dr Gross is the best! My daughter needed help with a DX. went to 16 different doctors and Dr. Gross was recommended. He takes his time and listens and took a bunch of tests to find there was an autoammuine disease. The staff is great.

Dr. Gross is the best hands down. I've moved to South Jersey and have no problem driving the 2 hours up, and the 2 hours back for my appointments. He is caring and understanding and he has help me manage my RA like no other Doctor.

I saw an orthopedic surgeon who told me that despite having an MRI result read that I had a bulged disc in my back, that he could not help me. In agony, I went to see Dr. Gross. I remember walking in near tears and lying on the exam table not wanting to move because it was the most comfortable I had felt in weeks. Dr. Gross explained the MRI result to me, used an interactive video tool to explain the science to me, and was extremely patient and reassuring. Highly recommend!!

I was hopeless. I had pain everywhere and after seeing other Rheumatologists in his former practice, I finally saw the man that would give me my life back. Cindy and Lori were wonderful in getting me an appointment in a timely manner. Dr Gross was warm and got right to the heart of my problem which was Rheumatoid Arthritis but a rare form of it. Dr Gross’s office offers treatments other offices don’t including biological therapy and other cutting edge treatment. The office is lovely.

I’ve never experienced a more rude and impatient person in my life. He belittled me because of my “idiocracy” and after I told him he was being rude he opened the room door and told me to get out. How are you treat anybody like that. Seriously, the worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. If I could give zero stars and a thumbs down I would!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gross for more than 4 years plus. I have always found him to be compassionate, knowledgeable and committed to keeping me as pain free as possible. He always listens to me and explains why I feel the way I do. I have never had to wait to see him for more than 2 minutes after my appointed time. His staff is cordial and friendly and it is always a cheerful experience when I see them. I highly recommend Dr. Gross. His expertise in the field of Rheumatology is A+.

Dr. Gross is an amazing rheumatologist. I've been struggling for four months with rashes, high blood pressure, wetting my pants, joint pain and muscle aches. I was hospitalized in the fall of 2016, but I was seen as just another nursing student with anxiety and hypochondria. Dr. Gross listened to me, gave me thorough lab exams, and I received my diagnosis of SLE last week. He's an excellent physician, and really cares about his patients. My diagnosis was swift with Dr. Gross.

I started seeing Dr Gross over 10+ years ago for the treatment of lupus. He truly saved my life. After many years of of being prescribed steroids by other rheumatologists, Dr Gross was the only one willing to explore other options and was finally able to get me off steroids! He listens to you at length and never rushes you. His knowledge goes beyond his specialty. His staff at his new location in Paramus are awesome! I will follow Dr Gross wherever he goes!

On my first oppointment Dr. Gross provided me time to understand what may be my medical issue. After a few tests were done they confirmed his suspicions. Considering I was barely able to walk into his office standing upright. After being treated by Dr. Gross whom I truly feel saved by life and improved my quality of life. My condition is manageable now knowing what it is. I have recommended close family members and friends to Dr. Michael Gross.
