Dr. Michael Grossman, MD

The Dr. is okay, not outstanding, but the office staff are the reason why I will never go back. They are consistently rude, incompetent, and condescending - from yelling at me for trying to make an appointment to incorrectly charging co-pays. The Practice would be better if all the current office staff were replaced with competent professionals.

Dr. Michael Grossman is not only extremely knowledgeable but has the most caring personality you will ever find in a physician He takes his time with you and he makes you feel like you are talking with an old friend. When Dr. Grossman walks into the room my anxiety just melts away. He truly cares about each one of his patients. He is an excellent physician-obstetrician-gynecologist and I am honored to have him as my Dr.

I gave birth to a son with Dr. Grossman. He is a great professional. I'm very happy!

I was so lucky to have Dr. Grossman deliver two of my babies. I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, compassion and care for all of his patients. I was very sick and anxious during both of my pregnancies and Dr. Grossman was always there for me. He took the time to listen to me, follow up with phone calls and make sure that both me and my baby were healthy and safe. He even went above and beyond to deliver my baby on his day off. I am so thankful for him and his amazing staff!

I am a client many years. The Doctor is amazing I dont feel like patient but a friend. Attention to details is second to non. Saved the situation many times. The staff and the appointment making is a breeze. Would not trade him for anyone else and its quite a travel for me from Waltham to Andover.

I went to Dr. Grossman for a second opinion. I did really like him & how sweet he was & how he took time to talk w/ me & make me feel good. However, I do not trust his ultrasound technician. She is very sweet but completely misdiagnosed the placement of my placenta & it was very obvious that she was confused & not sure of what she was doing so I just needed to warn people about this for their own good.
