Hoarseness
Dr took time to explain possibilities of treatment. Did not feel rushed in any way. Very polite, congenial, and thorough. Made recommendations that have definitely help resolve issues. Clinic setting very comfortable and peaceful.

Went in for voice feminization glottoplasty and a tracheal shave. Glottoplasty failed and produced zero results for my voice pitch. On top of that, the tracheal shave was extremely lacking and I still have most of my adams apple. I have a LOPSIDED huge scar from the tracheal shave that I will have for the rest of my life now. He clearly missed the incision point, but kept slicing away until he reached where he needed to be. Then he was super lazy removing any cartilage. Like he legit didn't even try. I need revisions for BOTH procedures he did horribly. I could not get a refund and he would not talk on the phone with me and hear my voice. I literally hate this man, like I want to see bad happen to him for what he did to me, my mental health, and body.

Hi there, I’m Laela a transexual lady with a somewhat masculine voice 4 my new indentiy! My besty mentioned this doc 2+ years ago! I decided 2 come 4 a consultation August 2016. Nice first visit with Dr. Haben. He is professional & nice! He did a thorough & special kind of check up that involves him checking my throat! He said I’m a perfect candidate 4 voice surgery! He performed the Triple for voice feminization 4 me January 10th 2018. I’m 11 days post opp. I felt comfortable & safe with him!

Dr. Haben took the time to assess my symptoms, then explained what he was going to do during the examination process. I felt the exam was thorough and professional. His diagnosis was followed by a fully explained course of action. which in my case included surgery. After successful surgery, Dr. Haben gave my wife and I a complete review of the surgery. I have complete confidence in Dr. Haben's level of knowledge and professional approach to care. I highly recommend him.
