Great doctor!
Dr. Hancock listened to my concerns and worked with me to manage my diabetes. He took the time to explain my different treatment options. He is very personable and friendly. I highly recommend him. I wish I could continue to see him, but I moved to a different state.

Dr. Hancock spent an hour with me at my initial appointment, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He is one of the most thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding doctors I’ve ever had! He addressed all my concerns and helped come up with a plan of action to treat my autoimmune condition (Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis).

Seen him once, since numbers went back in normal range after being hospitalized, he did nothing. Contacted him again that year, having symptoms again, again, did nothing cause he was borderline normal. Absolutely worthless. Contacted a different dr in that facility again, didn't want to see him because his numbers are normal only on a T3. Didn't look at anything else. He is symptomatic and battling Graves Disease. Of course he is going to fluctuate. But, that doesn't mean nothing to him here. If you need someone that has experience with Graves disease, do not go here, only a numbers game with this doctor. Doesn't care about symptoms.

He is too busy to work a patient in who is having problems with a medication he prescribed. Said patient is told to go to family doctor to fix problem he created. Office nurse treats patient like a naughty child. I am DONE with him!
