Dr. Harris asked me to describe pain which had been going on for quite a while, then interrupted me to tell me not to use certain words because "that was not what was happening". I think he had gone through some "sensitivity training" because he then said, I don't want to tell you what you can and can't say, but then went on doing just that. From there, he said the tests that he had wouldn't give him information about what I was describing. (In the first breath, denying my description of pain, in the next, admitting he had no basis for drawing a conclusion.) Next, he referred me for a test that he spent quite a while talking about its rate of failure, making me think he didn't believe me, and he wasn't going to believe that test either. Told me I am just not flexible and should do yoga. I don't care why he felt entitled to just not do his job, but I still owe a significant bill for it. He made an excuse to do no problem solving whatever and that was good enough for him.

Left the office, went to my car and broke down in tears. He was completely dismissive and rude. I wish I would have checked this site before I went to him. His reviews on the MetroHealth website are obviously inflated. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. He doesn't have an ounce of compassion.

Rude and cluless, He told me that I didn't have the rare disease I was diagnoed with 3 years ago, and that there was no reason why I should not be able to walk. I am in a wheelchair due to severe spasticity in the trunk area. He also stated that I should not have any pain, even tho I am in constant pain from spasticity. Along with a few other medical problems that are documented by several specialist and noted in my charts. My Neuro says I have had this all my life, got worse as i got older
