Dr. Hasler is possibly the best flight doc I've ever had. He really looks through your records ahead of time and is willing to take the time to discuss everything. Humble, approachable, credible. That's the good part. What's next-level is that he solved a long-standing waiver that needed to be marked "indefinite" for years. No one at my previous bases had been successful so I was going in every two years to renew it, wasting my time and the time of base medical staff. I mentioned how annoying it was, and he said he'd look at it. He took care of it in a few months!!
