Dr Hennif cared for my mother for many years. Very responsive and genuine interest in patient care. Definitely recommend.

Awful Doctor
He takes easy steps.. but does not really look into how to save a person’s life.. Just say to your love one GOOD-bye he had a good life! How does he know my dad had a good life.. German labor camp, his brother slaughtered by an axe, his dad starved to death, then live in communist Poland, then in 40yrs old comes to USA w wife and 2 small kids and NO MONEY! Starting life again!! I, the daughter told him GOODBYE TO THE DOCTOR NOT TO MY DAD.. and my dad lived another 10yrs.. with a doctor that REALLY CARED ABOUT HIS PATIENT!!

If you happen to be suffering through a positive COVID diagnosis, please do not attempt to contact if you plan to have treatment/assistance anytime soon. After day 10, and symptoms not improving, I contacted the office to set up a brief Teladoc appointment. Even with extreme pain, and practically begging for some help, I was told that I could have an appointment in 11 days. Being a remote session, you would hope that your doctor could value you enough to set aside 5 minutes of his day? I now am currently looking for a new general practitioner, breaking a long standing relationship. It's a real shame for a doctor to allow his front desk to affect his practice, in such a negative way, and continue to allow. I have addressed this directly in the past, and essentially was shrugged off!? Given the circumstances, you would hope for a compassionate and accommodating staff - not pushed aside to take another number...

I'm absolutely thrilled with the care provided me from Dr. Heniff and his staff. Being referred to him several years ago was the best thing that could have occurred. He is diligent in his treatment of my condition and I never hesitate to contact his office when I need an appointment. They have been so kind and generous in their appointment schedule, since many of my bronchitis bouts have been sudden onset ones. I've referred several family members to Dr. Heniff as well and they are thrilled with him also.

My husband was the patient. We had a terrible experience with this doctor that led to him losing his disability insurance. Thank goodness we were able to get it back after we found a new doctor. This was a few years back but feels like yesterday.

Dr. Heniff showed no time or concern for my 60 year old father. He wrote him off with prescriptions every time he came in complaining of pain & breathing problems. Being an ex heavy smoker you think he’d do more & quickly. My father could not handle the pain anymore & got rushed to the ER to find out he had stage 4 lung cancer. Eight week after that we buried my father on his 61st birthday. This doctor is a joke I wouldn’t send anyone to him. He is more concerned about the money than the patient

Dr heniff had me do a two night sleep study. I never saw him after that. His office called and said i was high on the testing and needed cpap. After using for a month i was never so physically and mentally exhausted. I went back and saw nurse practitioner jackie. Thank god. She said after looking at my test results that i should never have been put on cpap. I was only at 5.4. Left messages for over a week. Know one ever called back. My pcp even called. Never called.

Used to like and respect him until he starting shoving an addiction doctor down my throat because they don't like what I take from a pain management doctor. I fired the addiction jerk in December but he keeps showing up, even making up an overdose on my chart. Well, I'll never see any of these two again, and even my mother who has seen him lost all respect for him when she saw what he did. I am having to retain an attorney now to get all these LIES off my medical records. He allowed this??

Although Dr. Heniff was attentive to my mother in law's needs, his office staff was dismissive and rude. My mother in law was a terminal cancer patient in hospice care. I requested FMLA papers to be completed so I could assist my husband in her care. It is now 2 weeks and I am yet to receive a response from the office. When I contacted the office to check on progress, the nurse was rude. I am a nurse and therefore know how to treat patients and family members-obviously she does not.

In an emergency I called Dr. Heniff who was rude and had absolutely no bedside manner. I was put in the hospital for my COPD and went for a follow up afterwards. He charged me $20.00 just to sign his name to my disability form. He told me I would just get worse. I went to another pulmonologist and I was prescribed medication that was remarkable. I am better. When I saw him I hadn't smoked for 15 years and all he prescribed was a steroid pack.

I've been seeing Dr Hennif many years for my asthma issues, although I haven't wheezed in years now! I continue to see him as my regular internist. I recommend him often to my family and friends and many have become his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Heniff for many years. He has always spent the time with me necessary for me to understand what I needed to do as the patient and I feel comfortable asking questions to ensure I clearly understood what his recommendations are. Like all situations as a consumer we all have a responsibility to ask good questions, speak up when we don’t understand and ask for help when we need it. I trust him so much that he is my primary care physician.
