Dr. Michael Jackson, MD

I like Dr. Jackson, a good doctor, but the people who answer phones are very very RUDE, they interrupt you in the middle of what your telling them, and can never get your prescription right. I tell them my mother takes 2 pills per day, and I need a 90 day supply, and I only get a prescription for 1 pill a day for 30 days. They want to argue with you because they screwed up.

He always takes the time to listen to me and my needs and come up with the best path for treatment. He truly listens and cares. I like the fact that he does not just apply a one fix fits all approach.

My Husband and I have been going to Dr Jackson for over two years. He is always pleasant and listens to you. He never rushes you. We are very happy with him and his staff. They are all very helpful. We highly recommend him.

My health insurance changed & Dr. Jackson was able to accept me as a new patient within a matter of a few hours of making an appointment. Found him to have a pleasant bedside manner & he took the time to discuss my acute illness. As a veteran, seasoned Nurse, I am generally very skeptical, but noted he was genuinely interested in my well-being before he discovered I am a Nurse. This speaks volumes & I appreciate his assistance in my time of need. His staff was also courteous!

He was very smart and understanding.He respected my opinions. I wanted to try new medications and he allowed that. I think, if I remember correctly, I was late to one appointment and I guess they charged, but they did not tell me at the time of the appointment. I was charged later and I have not paid it yet. I hope that it has not gone on my credit. I could not afford it at the time so not sure. I intend to pay it, but I am really that poor..living paycheck to paycheck, and have to juggle bills
