My overall impression of Dr. Johnson is that he completely lacked respect for me, and exhibited a total absence of 'bedside manner.' I had started to answer the first question he asked me, and after less than 10 seconds of my speaking, he interrupted me with, 'Excuse me, but did you understand the question I asked you?' Later, I told him that my Physical and Occupational Therapists, along with the orthopedic surgeon who had operated on my broken leg had all told me that, in their opinion, I was fit to drive, to which he responded, 'someone could tell me I'm rich and that wouldn't make me wealthy.'He later communicated that he was cutting my seizure medicine in half immediately. I was violently ill after cutting the dosage that evening. If you want a doctor that respects you, don't go to Johnson.

Worst Doctor and Office Experience
I was referred by my previous doctor who I have been with for years. She warned me about this office being really difficult to get into so I have to set up my appointment as soon as possible. After unable to get in contact with anyone I finally drove to their office to set up my appointment. I was able to set it up walking in but they weren’t able to set up my appointment until months out. I said it was fine since my previous doctor made sure to fill in my prescription for a full year but my appointment was right on the cusp of my prescription ending. I finally met up with Michael Johnson after being 45 minutes late to my appointment (I was in the waiting room 15 minutes, actually waited in the room for 45 minutes) and it was an odd experience and he asked me questions I have never been asked before. He filled my prescription and I set up my next year appointment. I called Walgreens to see if my prescription was filled and there was never anything filled. I was 2 days away from running

Consistently misses zoom appointments
Telehealth
Impossible to get ahold of anybody in his office. Tests are never ordered. Phone calls, voice mails, emails are never answered. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Schedules zoom meetings and misses them. Then his office will call and say I missed the appointment. This happened 3 times in a year.

The office staff are incompetent
We had our appointment for my daughter months ago in April and they were supposed to order an MRI but couldn't even do that. They still haven't sent the order as of today June. They are not responsive and lack care for Dr. Johnson's patients.

Daughter’s neurologist (Epilepsy) that we absolutely adored, moved and she had recommended Dr. Johnson. So far, we have been pleased with his care. Seems very knowledgeable and listens during appointments

Expert in neurophysiology
His clinic staff are helpful, he is accessible if you try to make sooner appointments, he offers virtual visits, and he is extremely knowledgeable. He is able to create treatment plans that are very nuanced to your goals and he explains his thought process as well. He is a good communicator, and I would trust him with any of my family.

He did not listen to me. He wrote down many lies and half tried in his notes. His ego was so big, he missed the big picture.

He performed a lumbar puncture for me. 100% best possible outcome. No pain what so ever, nothing. I was walking as soon as they would allow me. The next day, no pain at all. I was amazed. He has been the most professional Doctor I have ever worked with. I have had numerous appointments and he is always more that professional.
