Dr. Michael Katsoulis, DO

I do not like leaving negative reviews, but need to on this doctor. After receiving chemotherapy and radiation for lymphoma in Jan-Feb, I started having difficulty breathing. My oncologist sent me to this doctor for an expert opinion on what the cause could be and treatment options. after hearing a brief description of what I was experiencing, he shrugged his shoulders and said it could likely be asthma. He didnt even listen to my lungs. I was a bit astounded to hear that after all else I'd been through, his go to was asthma. he prescribed me an inhaler and a steroid, and told me to follow up in a few months. After months of no results and worsening symptoms, I decided to go to another pulmonologist, who actually listened to me, listened to my lungs, quickly dismissed the asthma guess, took me off the inhaler/steroid, and ordered some testing. I feel better already. Honestly I had no idea how bad this doctor was until I actually went and saw a good one. I do not recommend.
