My experience with Dr. Kessler was deeply troubling. He recommended surgery without a thorough examination, claiming my cartilage and tendon were affected. Seeking a second opinion from another specialist revealed that surgery was unnecessary, and my condition could be managed without it. Dr. Kessler's initial diagnosis was not only incorrect but also led to unnecessary concerns about the functionality of my hand. I strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before considering any recommendations from Dr. Kessler. Caution and additional expertise are crucial in such medical decisions.

Selective Competence = Unworthy Physician!
I usually research before seeing a doctor but for something seemingly benign and simple to solve, I just went in for the aspiration of a huge, annoying ganglion cyst. He drained it then told me it would likely return & then I'd need surgery. Because I wasn't feeling his dry bedside manner and felt something eerie or just offputting about his energy, I decided if and when it returns, I'd go elsewhere. When I went to GWU, they gave me information I was shocked to hear: having that surgery can limit my mobility and cause issues w/ my daily activities (I'm right-handed and the cyst is on the same hand). I was informed that they would have to dig below the visible parts of my wrist to destroy the tissue or whatever and the location of the cyst would impair its mobility. WHYYY IN THE HECK WAS THAT NOT MENTIONED KESSLER?? I'm glad I pay attention to energy that ppl carry cuz this "doctor" coulda very well injured me & impaired me for life!! You should be absolutely aSHAMEd of yourself!
