Excellent Cardio Surgeon
Dr Kim has done 4 Angioplasty procedure on me over the last 5 years. I currently have 6 stents doneby him and his very capable team. The first time, there were 2 significant blocks where a trickle of blood was moving. I looked at the screen and resigned myself to the fact that I would be a new member of the 'zipper club' meaning open heart surgery. He said he could fix it, put two stents in the bad artery. I came came back a month later for #3 as he wanted to make sure the first 2 held. I have need 4 more over the last 18+ months. Dr Kim did those as well. I walk the golf course at 72, light jogging and swimming. low weight/high rep strength with 15-20 mile walking per week. Thanks Dr Kim.

I went to Lenox Hill Hospital with chest pressure, never had any heart issues. I'm not obese, eat healthy, workout & visit my Cardiologist every year. The ER staff is fantastic, they informed me through test i had the 'LAD' main artery aka "the widow maker" 90% blocked. At 100% you have a 20% of survival. Dr. KIM did his magic and put a stent in, out in 3 days. He is a no nonsense GREAT DOCTOR, No B.S. and tells you what you need to save your life. Dr. KIM and the entire hospital staff were the absolute BEST!! If you ever get ill, this hospital is the place to be.
