This man should not be around patients

Dr. Kitz was amazing! He walked me through the procedure, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions.

Alright, prefer for someone to be emotional or competent and capable? Dr. Kitz is a human just like everyone else, works a difficult and stressful job keeping people pain free and alive. Who cares about bedside manner that much to give one star? That's what nurses are for, they are educated on having therapeutic communication with patients and take care of them after physicians save their lives. Dr. Kitz does just that, works hard keeping people alive. If people are so sensitive talk to a therapist, someone who is trained to have good bedside manner. You know what a therapist cant do? Maintain someone's life during complex surgery. Thank you Dr. Kitz and to all overworked and stressed out healthcare providers doing their jobs.

Uncaring, lacks empathy, complete disregard for patient and family

Excellent demeanor. Walked me through everything to expect during my anesthetic. Never had surgery before and could not have asked for a better experience thanks to doctor kitz.

I’m sure he’s a very capable doctor book-wise but he lacks the understanding that easing the patients’ concerns and fears are just as important. This man should not be allowed around patients. Or people. Poor bedside manner, cold, unfeeling. Treats patients as if they’re a burden of a bed being filled. Poor listening skills, worse people skills. Doesn’t show empathy and speak to patients in plain english, leaving them as confused and scared as before the 30 seconds he spends with the patients
