I truly appreciate waiting all day on Friday for a phone call that never came. In the future, I would appreciate it if my time was not wasted as I do not and would not waste any of your time. When a nurse tells me that another nurse might have saw something on an ecg I sent in and then tells me they are waiting for the doctor to confirm or deny. I am then left for several days, waiting and worrying about my health & my heart, which is not fair to anyone including a paying patient. I am asking for you all to get yourselves in order as politely as possible. So far unfortunately, my faith in Fort Healthcare is diminishing very rapidly

I have been seeing Dr Kreager for over 20 years. He listens carefully, explains very well what your options are, and has a great understanding of the side effects from many of the medications and how to cope with the symptoms.

I have been a patient of DR. Kreager for the last 7 years. I have been truly impressed with his care and insightful attitude. As a doctor he gives you the treatment you need, but is always reserved. He tries the safest measures first before moving on to anything more aggressive. When his practice moved from Froedert, I kept him as my cardiologist.

I was hospitalized for 3 days with SVT. I saw Dr. Kraeger ONCE in all that time, for less than10 minutes. I was discharged with no explanation of my ultimate diagnosis, prognosis or treatment plan from this doctor. Through my persistence, I got that information from his staff. I now have an appointment (8 days after my discharge) to get that information from him directly. I HOPE he's more communicative! NOT a happy camper!
